We have been contacted by a few of our parents/carers to query payments made via ParentPay, this week. There have recently been email notifications from ParentPay on the changes to their payment processes that have been made this week, through their website.
Summary: To pay for school meals, parents need to click ‘Pay for items’, then 'View details and pay' after topping-up My Account.
For your information ParentPay have changed the way the account operates when putting money on your child’s account, instead of direct payments of items, you now top up 'my account' you then need to draw this money down to pay for individual items, including dinner money. If you are paying for more than one item, it is advisable to total them up and then credit 'my account' with that total value and then draw done for each item.Guidance from their website on this, is shown as the excerpt below.
