Superb Year 7 Readathon

Year 7 students have raised the incredible sum of £1728.20 in UCTC's annual Readathon challenge. The students were encouraged to set themselves a personal reading target and to collect sponsors to encourage them to meet their challenge.
The emphasis throughout was on reading for pleasure whilst raising money for a very worthy cause.
All of the money raised will go to the Readathon charities: 'CLIC Sargent', 'Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity' and 'ReadWell'. We would like to thank all those students in year 7 who participated and everyone who was generous enough to sponsor them.
